Returns

  1. Eligibility

    • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your matcha powder to initiate a return.
    • To be eligible for a return, your matcha powder must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at seventhsip7@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Replacement

  1. Replacement Eligibility

    • Once we receive your returned matcha powder, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
    • We will immediately notify you of the status of your replacement after inspecting the item.
  2. Replacement Process

    • If your return is approved, we will resend your order with a new product in good condition at no additional cost to you.
    • You will receive the replacement within a certain amount of days, depending on shipping times.

Shipping

  1. Return Shipping Costs

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  2. Exchanges

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at seventhsip7@gmail.com.
